Shipping Policy
We want your Pixie Curio order to arrive safely, with clear tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
United States & Canada Shipping
For United States and Canada orders, we offer free tracked shipping on orders over $20.
- Orders over $20: Free Tracked Shipping
- Orders under $20: Tracked Shipping is $10
- Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch
- Tracking number included
Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, local carriers, holidays, weather, or other delays outside our control.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to show its first update after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will help check it.
