eturns We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact us at pixiecurioas@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Refund requests submitted without supporting photos or videos will not be processed. In most cases, you do not need to return the item — we will issue a full refund or send a replacement once your request is reviewed and approved.

Eligibility Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong item or size)
  • The item was lost in transit

We do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference.
