30-Day Issue Resolution Guarantee
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if an order arrives damaged or defective, contains the wrong item, is missing parts, or appears lost in transit.
Email pixiecurioas@gmail.com with your order number, details, and photos or video when relevant. After review, we may provide replacement parts, send a replacement, or issue a full or partial refund.
Change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted unless required by applicable law. Eligible items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition. Return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
Where applicable, European Union customers have a 14-day right to cancel an eligible purchase, subject to legal exceptions.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may take up to 10 business days to post the refund.
