Track Your Order

Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to follow your Pixie Curio order through the carrier’s tracking page.

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first update after dispatch. Estimated delivery is normally 3–5 business days within Japan, 10–18 business days to the United States and Canada, 7–10 business days to selected Asia-Pacific destinations, and 10–20 business days elsewhere.

If tracking has not updated for several days or your package is beyond the estimated delivery window, email pixiecurioas@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number.
