After your Pixie Curio order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first update after dispatch. This is normal while the carrier scans and updates the package.
Estimated United States & Canada Delivery
For United States and Canada orders, estimated delivery is normally 7–12 business days after dispatch.

If Tracking Has Not Updated
If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your package is beyond the estimated delivery window, email us at pixiecurioas@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number.
We will help check the shipment status and support you as quickly as possible.
