30-Day Issue Resolution Guarantee
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or defective, contains the wrong item, is missing parts, or appears to be lost in transit.
Email pixiecurioas@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos or a short video may be requested when relevant.
How We Resolve Eligible Issues
After review, we may provide replacement parts, send a replacement item, or issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our kits contain many small components, change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted unless required by applicable law. Items must not be assembled or used, and return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
European Union Customers
Where applicable, customers in the European Union have a 14-day right to cancel an eligible purchase. Items must be returned unused, unassembled, and in their original condition unless an exception under applicable law applies.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it is issued.
