30-Day Guarantee

If you experience an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll take care of you — no need to send anything back.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at pixiecurioas@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Requests submitted without supporting photos or videos may not be processed. Once approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. 🐾

Eligible Issues

We're happy to help in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Item was lost in transit
  • DIY kit has missing or damaged parts

We're unable to offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference.

Missing Parts?

DIY kits have hundreds of tiny pieces, and we do our best to ensure every kit is complete. If you find a missing or damaged part, contact us with a photo and we'll ship a replacement right away.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Fully assembled kits (unless defective)
  • Orders reported more than 30 days after delivery
  • Gift cards

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process the amount. If 16 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at pixiecurioas@gmail.com.
